How do basketball player Angel Reese and Reese’s candy brand not have an endorsement deal?
It’s such an obvious match I thought it was already a thing. Only until I read on July 4 that Hershey’s Reese’s brand is “in talks” with the WNBA all-star did I learn it wasn’t.
Credit the Chicago Aces forward for waking someone at Hershey’s when she called her fans “Reese’s Pieces” in a social media post.
The Reese-Reese’s marketing partnership is the biggest no-brainer in the history of no-brainers. It’s as perfect as chocolate and peanut butter batter. Publicity opportunities are endless.
If Hershey’s is smart(er), it will offer Angel Reese a super sweet deal.
